Being a successful estate agent requires mastering specific Real Estate skills and competencies. “One would be automatically excluded from the estate agency sector” by your clients or stakeholders (to spell it out; the Seller, buyer, your team mates etc.) if one does not possess the required skills. Real Estate Agents need to be people and task focused; task focus is insufficient to create the respect demanded from selling the largest value asset of people.
